The order will be definitively accepted by Aubercy after confirmation of payment by the company Crédit du Nord, our provider for the validation of electronic payments. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Aubercy or by crediting the customer’s bank account or by check sent to the name and address of the customer. The deadline for resolution is 3 weeks from confirmation of payment.
