You wish to return your order?

For a return package from France

1. Contact by mail via contact@aubercy.com

By specifying:

  • Your order number

  • The concerned product

  • The desired product for exchange / or refund.

2. Upon receipt of our confirmation for return
  • Complete the return form and join it to the parcel. Stick the return Colissimo label joined with your invoice (for FRANCE ONLY this return label is free) on the package of your parcel (outer cardboard box) and drop it off at your usual post office.

  • Please note that the shoes should be as new as received. All shoes that have been worn won’t be eligible for a return. 

  • To be edible for a return, please provide us with at least five (5) pictures of the shoes from all sides, particularly the sole.

3. Refund or exchange
  • If you request for a refund, Aubercy will proceed to a payment on your account (PayPal credit or a bank account) within a statutory period of 30 days. Postage costs is not covered by the refund.

  • In case of exchange, the product(s) must:

– Be returned new and in their original packaging. Aubercy controls all products and reserves its right to refuse a return in case of non-compliance. The product will be returned to the customer at his expense.

– Have been submitted to a return request by email (contact@aubercy.com). Purchases made during periods of promotions are subject to the same rules.

For a package returned from out of France

Same return as for France with the exception of: shipping a return parcel from abroad is at the customer’s responsibility and costs.
